Spin & Win Offer Terms

These terms apply to you as a customer when you scan a store's ScanBizz QR code and take part in its "Spin & Win" offer. ScanBizz (scanbizz.in) is a software platform owned and operated by AAS (GSTIN 07AMVPH8624A3ZW). The offer and the rewards are provided by the participating store ("Store"). By ticking the consent box and tapping Continue on the registration page you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can take part

• You must be 18 years or older and have made a genuine purchase at the Store.
• One entry per purchase (bill). Details you enter (name, mobile number, category, brand, bill amount) must be true.

2. How it works

• Register with your details, complete the steps shown on the page, and wait for the Store to verify your visit.
• After verification the prize wheel unlocks. The reward you win is shown on screen with a claim code.
• The rewards on the wheel depend on the Store's offer and stock at that time.

3. Reviews

If you choose to write a review, it should be your own honest opinion. Your reward does not depend on the rating you give or on what you write.

4. Rewards

• Rewards are handed over by the Store, at the Store, on showing your claim code. Please collect your reward within the time the Store tells you.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with other offers unless the Store says so.
• If a reward is out of stock, the Store may give a reward of similar value.
• Any warranty or after-sales service on a reward is provided by its manufacturer or the Store, not by ScanBizz.

5. Verification and misuse

The Store may check your bill and may decline or cancel an entry that cannot be verified, uses false details, or repeats the same purchase. Any reward won through such an entry may be withheld.

6. Changes and ending the offer

The Store may change or end its offer at any time. Entries already verified before the change will be honoured as shown on screen.

7. Responsibility

The Store is responsible for its offer and rewards. ScanBizz only provides the platform and is not the seller of the products you bought or of the rewards.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
